Asked the waiter in Golden Lounge restaurant (1st class) and he mentioned something about 1st/ OWE passengers getting CIP lounge access during the imminent closure of the Satellite lounges. That closure is meant to be at least 3 months, so moderate your expectations if flying OWE through KUL between October 2017 and January 2018.
