I recently had the same problem with domestic J ticket with JL. It was HND-OKA and OKA-ITM. The miles was posted incorrectly the first time, the agent said it was calculated as I class with 70% miles.
After being on hold for 30mins, the agent changed it and it was still wrong and I was still short about 1000 miles with the MVP bonus. I gave up.
