As for the domestic J, it seems to me that Alaska's flexibility and customer first attitude only stretches so far and no further, and in cases like this really falls down. If Alaska's website is in error, then it should be fixed quickly but at the same time should be honored for customers that can only go on the information that Alaska provides. Ridiculous.
