If you claim anything else, they may hold up the approval by sending you letters asking you to first prove that your business exists with copies of bills, prove your business revenue via tax returns, etc!

Ironically, people with real businesses (who apply explaining their business) get more hassles from BofA that people with no real business at all who give the answers I mentioned above.
I just opened up a checking account at BoA for each of two new corporations last week. Zero revenue thus far within the Corp, but the Corps own rental properties that have earned money in the last few years.

I applied for an AS biz card for each, and got them approved at the same time. Agent asked me the usual questions about purpose of cards, revenues, expenses, etc... Declared income and profit on both based on property rather than new Corp.

I have two other BoA AS business cards open for my main Corporation that I opened in the first half of this year.

I have had BoA AS 18 business and personal cards opened and closed in the last just-under 4 years.
