I'm planning a 3-night stay at this property in December. There is currently a Hilton Asia sale happening...

* the last 2 nights, Friday-Saturday, are a bit less with the sale
* the first night, Thursday, isn't.
* if I try to book all 3 together, all book at the higher Thursday rate

Has anyone done 2 different bookings at this property for 1 stay?

I'm a Honors Gold and looking to book an Exec room with lounge access for all 3 nights. The same room type, but just on 2 different bookings.
I've done this before at some other properties (in Europe), let the front desk know when I checked in, and mostly didn't have any problems.

Does anyone see any issues with doing this here?
Anything else I should know about the property?

Or I guess I can hotel hop and just stay somewhere else for 1 night. Perhaps splurge for the WA...

My flight lands at PVG around 9am. Does anyone have experience with this, or another Shanghai property, getting an early check-in?
