One of the hotel's managers called me this morning, apologized and offered me 5000 Marriott Rewards points for my trouble. Offer accepted. I also told him how wonderful the hotel restuarant is. We ate five meals there in 3 days! All in all, a nice conversation lasting about 5 minutes.
