I don't think you can do anymore than you've done. I can't see why your booking is "not applicable". I think you just need some perseverance and hopefully you will get an answer. You have no chance of seeing the terms and conditions. In my experience, they reference these when they don't have a leg to stand on, and try as I might, I was never provided with these in dealing with my own AerClub issues. Please keep us posted on how things turn out.
