I'll wait until Monday and take your advice and just keep escalating. To be honest, one of my bigger concerns here is that I recently booked a First Class BA ticket (that cost a lot more than I usually spend on such things) based on the AS website earnings. So learning that the website is not reliable is a bit troubling.
