As per its website (http://www.taxiezeiza.com.ar), Taxi Ezeiza is charging 720 pesos from EZE to the city.

At my time of writing (11pm on a Sunday night, so no traffic at all), Uber is quoting between 293 and 409 pesos for the same ride.
