As I was on a DL J ticket, I emailed that and the scanned boarding passes for recent HND-ITM-HND flights. It then took me six emails back and forth with more or less competent staff to finally sort things out and for the error to be acknowledged.
The earning chart is still wrong. As mentioned above, it's supposed to be 10% for J, and there's no 100% additional bonus.
They did offer SPECIAL SERVICES SERVICE COMPENSATION of 4,000 points after all was done.
