FYI..Internet checkin will always ask if you want to be upgraded...even if you've already cleared...the way response will tell you exactly what happened...
something like these:
You've already been upgraded to FC (EUA did it's job)
You have been successfully upgraded to FC (Internet Ckin did the upgrade)
FC is not available but you have been added to the waitlist
