I am still being charged for EU Roaming
Hi,
I live in the UK and my work phone is supplied through O2. Last month I racked up a lot of calls whilst I was travelling in the EU only to be told that our Corporate Account was not eligible for free roaming. Is this the case? I must admit I has assumed that EU rules applies to all types of agreements not just consumer and small business.
