I called Westin Nanea in Feb. to claim my reservation, but was unsure of the dates. Paid my deposit and waited to call back after the window opened for the dates for which we were interested. Have tried calling for three days. The 800 number connects, but either goes to silence on the other end or continuous hold music with no verbal confirmation after selecting the option. Have also emailed Westin Vacations with no response. Any other ideas how to connect with these people?
