No apologies from any of the staff in any conversation. Tripadvisor would not let me post the video in my review so please spread the word that NO ONE should risk staying here during construction. And I will never stay again thanks to the non sympathetic staff.
Did you ask for for the manager on-duty and insist on complete refund of whatever you paid to be there, along with a future generous comp or did you just fuss?
