Sounds like it is quite possible that the computer issues a denial for two many BA cards. Then
when you ask the CSR, they look deeper, and see multiple cards opened and closed, and speculate that was the reason. I'd say if you want an approval, you need to close the open BA cards, and hope for an instant approval so that no one there goes snooping around your account history.
