May I add that I'm also slim and almost 2m tall. Whilst NEV4 is indeed just not really flat, I sleep very well on it. In my experience they provide a more comfortable sleep for tall people than for example SQ,s fabled J seat. Having said that, they are underwhelming and outdated from a "lounging" point of view.
