DP: I tried 5x to get a 2nd personal card, all the while keeping 1 personal Alaska card open. Lowered CL to 2k, and then closed my only card, then applied again, approved a few weeks later for a new card with 10k line. Went to pending, did not call in, and then got an email the next day approved.
