Incidentally, both my napkin and tablecloth, and my wife's, had a buttonhole. I suspect the SD did not notice we used it.
I doubt crew or OSMs notice these details... or frankly even care if they even know.
My rate of napkin buttonholes have increased lately, which is nice. My rate if tablecloth buttonholes (when there tableclothes catered/used) is pretty much 100%
