sorry, but what does the "B789" statement above mean?

I included the B772 line to show that apparently "Best cabins" = "Zodiac Cirrus seat". So, if B789 is delivered without these...what is it delivered with???

EDIT: Just saw that SDQBound was similarly perplexed by that statement!!!
