Happened to me once. I left my license in small evening bag and forgot to put it back in my wallet. A supervisor was called over and the only thing I had with a photograph was a blurry, awful Costco card. They did look at my other credit cards, including Social security and also looked at my checkbook to see if my name matched the cards in my wallet. They let me board.
