More reasonable, but still high is the $4,617 per hour on their King Air.

Here is my trip comparison from my broker vs. wheels up prices.
(based on actual times from flights this summer).

Palm Beach - Teterboro - Palm Beach w/ 1 overnight.
2 hours 47 minutes
2 hours 52 minutes
Wheels up cost on a Citation XLS = $45,527.
Acutal broker cost on a Hawker 800XP = $27,225.

Teterboro - Van Nuys - one way
6 hours 6 minutes
Wheels up cost on a Citation XLS that cant do nonstop = $49,154.
Actual broker cost on a Challenger 604 = $26,700.

Dulles - Marthas Vineyard - Dulles - 2 overnights
1 hour 42 minutes
1 hour 53 minutes
Wheels up cost on a King Air 350 - $16,621.
Actual cost on a broker King Air 200 - $11,401.

If i used wheels up on these three trips, I would have paid
18,302 MORE for my FLORIDA-NEW YORK-FLORIDA
22,454 MORE for my NEW YORK-SAN FRAN
5,220 MORE for my DC-MARTHA VINEYARD-DC

$45,976 more to use wheels up! + $17,500 to join...

so thats a 63,476 on three trips alone.

Have fun spending your $3,500 costco card, i'll keep my sixty grand.
Thanks for posting this. I can't say I was seriously considering Wheelsup, but I did notice the membership for sale on Costco and I also didn't know private air brokers (like the one you are using) exist.
