Trust better than opening year . Service took quite awhile to improve & always the same few coming to sort matters .
They are not forthcoming if too many instructions even with lower occupancy ..
Has their English improved ? Sean ' s wife , L , was giving them lessons ..

Better at Kila even at 90% , but it has been 25 years
!! No'i is really new / young in comparison .
Some still struggling with language here .
Rather frustrating after knowing them all these years . Suppose they are close to retirement , which is a young 55 , and improving English is not a priority ..
