Gregg's are alright for the price point. The pasties are a disappointment though (I grew up near their original bakery, and their rapid expansion has been driven far more by price than quality, but the sandwiches have fared rather better).

I always though their sausage rolls were pretty good. Never tried anything else from them though.

For some reason when I lived in the UK my go to hangover food was a Tesco's prawn and mayo sandwich. I never had one before I lived in the UK and have not had one since. Weird. They were pretty awful, but for some reason I craved the things after a big night.
I also much preferred M&S for sandwiches than Pret.
