I would not expect AA to put someone on board
just to watch the FAs and if this person is management they may not pay union dues. Yes, it's easy to say "put management on board" (and I have said that in the past). But, in reality, it's much more involved than that. Until they do, it is up to us to report the issues, each and every time, until AA is willing/able to address the issue. It's too prevalent to just be lack of training and dealing with performance issues is not easy without direct knowledge of the failures.
