Are the taxis at ARN somewhat regulated? I need to take a taxi from ARN to a central Stockholm hotel (LOTS of luggage and really don't want to navigate through Central Station and the subway system and then a 10-minute walk). Can anyone give me any suggestions so that I won't get ripped off?

Also, if you have had good experience, could anyone recommend a private car company?
