I stayed here recently. I liked the hotel. The room was nicely sized. In particular, the bathroom was good, with the Bliss toiletries, nice shower and sink, etc. HVAC system was a bit weak compared to the Hotel Revere (this was an unusually hot summer day in Boston), but not a total dealbreaker. Spacious fitness room. The W Lounge downstairs had a lively crowd, I really enjoyed it and would stay here on a Thursday night again just for that. I didn't really interact with any service members besides the check-in staff, so I can't really speak to service.

A lot of people compare this to the Liberty - I've never stayed there, so I can't compare, but I would book this hotel again
