who DOES have a "no doubles" policy, though, is WestJet. Flew Toronto to Calgary recently and figured I'd just get "two minis and a mixer" to minimize transactions...denied with a lecture on how alcohol works differently at high altitude 🙄

Of course that's the airline that makes you take off your headphones during the safety spiel...
KLM does too, plus you can only be served when seated in your own seat.
