If you made the reservation before UA fixed it on their end, this is likely true. It's not dynamic, i.e., with respect to an existing reservation, the info doesn't auto-update in the other carrier's system when UA updates in theirs. (In fact, it's not dynamic within UA's own system with respect to existing reservations.) It should theoretically be correctable if you ask the other carrier to update (but no personal experience with that).
