Flew LHR-AUH and got the miles using 50.000 signup bonus of nbad etihad credit card in Abu Dhabi and some other miles I collected with cheap EY Business fare CAI-BKK.

Then I kept looking every day to find availability on a guest seat which was around 68.000 miles compared to an insane amount for open seat.
Once there was a guest seat i got it for $380 for some extra miles and taxes.
