Is the pending June 2020 dissolvement of Aeroplan such a deterrent? I'm thinking of doing the Marriott hotel package for 162k, with a 75k NA->Asia1 redemption in mind. To me, the stopover policy is really nice and I'd most likely use up the remainder on 25k domestics or 75k Asia1 flights with stopovers. Bad idea?
