Brief fashion report, UK outing: florals are in!
Gauzey skirts, blouses, dresses - summery colors, dainty floral prints were the dominate fashion statement in London and York. Possibly this was tied the unpleasantly warm weather. Hems are high, legs are bare, and most tops are sleeveless.
Dresses: saw a far higher percentage of dresses in all the cities we visited than I see in the Mid-Atlantic region.
