I converted red to silver after having spent more than 40k this year, and the website indicate that I have met the threshold to get the 10k EQM. I did get the 5k EQ$ and the $100 certificate prior to converting.
Conversion happened in mid June and I have not seen yet the EQM in my AA account though.
