It's the other SLH hotel in Heidelberg, apart from the Heidelberg Suites Boutique hotel that submonte reviewed earlier in this thread.
And after I have seen the photos, I would say that I prefer the room style of the Suites Boutique and it also seems in a much better state. But for a fine dinner I would definitely go to the Hirschgasse. And the owner and staff are really nice, too.
Anyway, I have more SLH hotels in my review pipeline. As Heidelberg can be a good start to explore the Southern wine regions of Germany, I wrote a trip report about that including 3 SLH hotels:
