There are only three reasons for a low rating:

1. Poor Customer Behavior
2. Operator Error in Rating Input
3. Driver Misconduct.

Assuming your self-assessment is accurate, i.e., you are a great passenger, and assuming there was no Operator Error in giving you stars, we are left with one conclusion: Driver Misconduct.

There are many unhappy people in the world. People who have an axe to grind. People who don't enjoy their jobs. I would call this Driver Misconduct if a very low rating is given to a customer because of some factor unrelated to egregious customer's behavior: No Tip, a door that slams (could be unintentional), or a driver not liking your accent, need for quiet time, or anything else that does not rise to level of obnoxiousness.

After one poor and undeserved rating by a driver that brought my average rating from 5.0 to 4.5, I have vowed not to rate a driver until I see the impact of their rating on my average. Give me an undeserved low rating, and guess what happens.
