Try https://qpx-express-demo.itasoftware.com.

It fulfils most of the functionality of the Matrix. Some of the more powerful functionality is missing [routeing codes and faring codes]. See also https://developers.google.com/qpx-express/. I think the first fifty queries per day are free.
