That's generally the case, but if they schedule the mods concurrent with heavy maintenance visits it takes a bit longer. United has been known to do multiple retrofit lines with major projects but considering the smallish 763 fleet I suspect it'll be one at a time, nose-to-tail (next ship comes in when preceding one leaves). With the 777s, since there are more of them, we may see multiple mod lines.

Once up and running I am thinking the target will be to complete a reconfiguration in 6-8 weeks, per ship.
