They will, for safety and legal reasons, stipulate to be in charge of the boats at all times. Perhaps if you put down a $10K cash bond they might draw up a contract just for you but I seriously doubt it.
Then again, if you are
the Captain America, I think they'll trust you will take good care of the boat.
