LEX has "The Club at Bluegrass" which given the size of the airport was just about perfect -- not too big not too small, acceptable drinks/snacks, but what I thought was the best part is they accept the UA Club card (no automatic BP scans) as well as AA''s club members (I can't remember if DL was part of that.

Nice middle ground in an airport where no single carrier would have nearly enough traffic let alone club members to justify it.
