I've now done all the Bangkok SPG hotels (except Aloft) and actually think you've got the right two hotels to pick from. Whilst it's true that the SGS doesn't technically have a lounge, it basically has three for you to pick from. The room service kitchen is best in class and I would have thought they'd be more trustworthy than most on dietary issues (although I'd say the same of the WGS).
