Other than the late LHR flights, I think the UCs would be clearing out by 6:40pm. I've never taken the TLV flights but I imagine you should get there 30-45mins before posted departure - note the TLV flights also depart from a specific gate in C-3 so you should visit the pop-up club by C124 which will position you <3 minutes from the departure gate.

The UC is nothing to write home about so I wouldn't be getting your hopes up too much as that time of the evening is peak for east bound departures.
