It will be close...possibly OK, assuming early/on-time arrival of the UAX flight.
Might be bad if she has to wait for a green-tagged bag on the jetway.

There is a shuttle bus that runs from A terminal (her probable arrival terminal on UAX) over to C terminal (to catch her mainline flight). But with boarding of CLE flight closing at 7:44, there is very little cushion.
