Has anyone ever had the hotel contact them directly on a BRG? I submitted a BRG on Doubletree London Chelsea. Priceline was 133 GBP per night and Hilton.com was 165-175 GBP per night, IIR. The Front Office Manager at the property emailed me today and asked for screenshots of rate I found elsewhere. I sent them. It's way outside of the 24 hour period, closing in on 48 hours now.
