Again set of crew (inflight manager) can be a hit and miss nowadays.
When we submit feedback, recovery team will issue $150 inflight voucher. I honestly prefer a good service than $150 voucher.
Seems, it's not the crew. It seems that it is how SQ does it since I am not the first nor the only one to experience it recently -
