Sleeper service is not as restricted as it has been suggested. In the attached example from sleeper flight SQ218 MEL-SIN in business class, you can clearly see, that one can have either supper, or breakfast, and importantly both if one wishes… I flew it on 25 May and actually did have small supper and then larger breakfast.

Thanks for the info ... great, we can stay up, eat and drink our way to SIN, have a proper breakfast at TPR and sleep through the first half of the SIN-LHR leg!
