JAL should work.
JAL only works up until 4 days before flight time. QF appears to vary depending on departure city, e.g. right now HKG-JFK it will show until 3 days before but SIN-JFK it will show right up to day of travel, as it will for JFK-HKG. You can also use AsiaMiles website but with the footnote that CX has wider availability for AsiaMiles members than they have for partners.
