"technology platform" in "late 2018" is that before/after/unrelated to program itself?
for example, could it be one website where it takes you to either/both your accounts?
or purely behind the scenes in terms of CRM or whatever software they have running?
and of course if "late 2018" is Q4/december, can easily/likely be delayed into 2019
