He has two seats for him and infant in arms.
That is possible if the child is under 2, but Delta still needs to know that the second ticket is for an extra seat. I think that would be a good workaround.
It's preferred to have the child with her own ticket so she can earn her own SkyMiles and start the journey to Million Miler.
