That's plenty of time. If you are connecting on Icelandair then there is no passport control at ARN since Iceland is in Schengen.

You should be able to check your bags through to UME and to the US on the way back. Just inform the Icelandair/ SAS staff of your separate connecting flight (show a receipt) and they will check it through.
