Neither is a bad option but, as of now, I am more inclined to stay at Conrad Tokyo as a Honors Diamond, where I have always been upgraded to a suite, than Grand Hyatt Tokyo, where I got nothing as an Explorist.
You seem to be comparing top tier status recogition/benefits to second tier status recognition/benefits.
