I'm lucky I can afford to sit in the better seats.

I'm tall and spent a lot of time in Japan so airplanes are just the start.

All that said, society makes a lot of accommodations for people with different physical conditions. I kind of feel like the airlines should make an effort to accommodate taller passengers in exit rows or premium economy when available.
